Certification is a Significant Step Forward for P & P Data Systems
TORONTO, CANADA – March 12, 2008 – P & P Data Systems (www.p-pdata.com), a leading developer of paperless solutions for the medical industry, today announced OntarioMD Inc, has granted CMS Specification 2.0 certification for its: CIS (Clinic Information System) Practice Edition 7.4.5; CIS Enterprise Edition 7.4.5 and its CIS Clinic Edition 7.4.5.

Specifications for CMS solutions have been developed through the Physician IT Program to ensure the solutions adopted by physicians meet or exceed specific baseline functionality. All CMS offerings seeking to be funding eligible under the Physician IT Program have to be reviewed and certified by OntarioMD to confirm they meet the baseline functionality. Eligible physicians who purchase CMS certified solutions may receive funding under the Physician IT Program to assist in the purchase and use of the offering.
