DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Mobile Support Team is the closest contact point to our customers - putting you in medical offices and working directly with our clients. The Mobile Support Team is an integral part in achieving the high level of superb support our clients expect.
You will report to the Support Manager. Your role upon successful candidacy will be the installation and implementation of P&P Data Systems software suites along with the implementation and ongoing support for our client’s network infrastructure and design. The position will involve equipment configuration, PC and Network configuration, software installations, client training, system debug along with functional and application testing. Successful candidates must have the availability for short term, overnight travel, and the desire for continuous learning and personal development.

• Understand, assess, plan and resolve client issues while onsite with our clients.
• Excellent time and priority planning skills.
• Provide leadership in an on-site support role to achieve and develop a strong team.
• Active involvement and leadership to continuously improve Customer Service.
• Foster open communication with our customers, co-workers and business partners.
• Drive to achieve and develop personal skills through company training.
• Provide processes that create a more productive environment when opportunities arise. |
Note: In addition to these duties and responsibilities employees are required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required for an application help desk team member.

• Post secondary education with specialization in Network support, Application based customer support or a combination of education and experience

• Self motivated and able to function successfully with minimal supervision
