We are currently hiring for: Entry level Helpdesk/ Client Services Team

Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a customer issue resolution engineer and take ownership of issues reported to you
- Defining, prioritizing, logging, analysing and resolving application & hardware based problems
- Identify application defects- provide complete documentation and communication with developers
- As part of a team and independently; research and resolve customer issues including mission critical support requests and application defects
- Analyze existing issues and determine recommended solutions
- Provide online and over the phone support and training on our proprietary Clinical/ EMR applications, third party applications and various other hardware solutions
- Diagnose issues spanning various third party software and hardware vendors, multiple OS and network topographies
- Actively participate and give feedback on product rollout and new development projects
- Contribute in the creation of product documentation and training material
- Be an active member in the creation and review of support delivery processes including installations, trainings, online support, phone support and release notes
- Provide customer feedback and input towards product development for client needs and supportability
- Remote installation of applications and updates to the applications
- Remote support of backups and antivirus products
- Provide timely, friendly solutions to client requests by solving issues yourself, directing the clients to senior support staff, managers or sales personnel and booking our onsite support staff for in clinic troubleshooting as needed
Education and Experience
- College or University degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare or a related field of study
- Clinical workflow in a Physician office
- Electronic Medical Records
- Operating Systems
- Networks, computers and computer hardware and peripherals
- Microsoft products
- VMware and Terminal Services

- Ability to explain and communicate technology to end users

- Able to work 8 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm
- Able to work one or two Saturday shifts per month
- Strong team member with leadership capabilities
- Bilingual in French and English an asset but not a requirement*
