P & P has always taken a leadership role in innovation for new initiatives in the province, and Ontario’s Family Health Teams initiative is no exception. Beyond meeting the requirements of the Family Health Organizations and Networks, P & P has developed software specifically designed to meet the broader needs of Family Health Teams. By the mid-90s, P & P recognized that multi-disciplinary settings would become an every increasing part of healthcare. Since then, P & P has committed itself to innovative solutions in order to address the needs of multi-disciplinary practices. P & P’s software has something for everyone in the Family Health Team, including nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and all other allied health professions. P & P provides specific solutions to report on all non-physician activity as mandated by the Ministry of Health.
