One of the exciting new features of P & P’s Clinic Information System version 7.4.5 is the addition of a Chronic Disease Management component to the patient's medical record.
Chronic Disease Management is a pro-active approach to diagnosing and treating chronic diseases before they become a more complicated problem for the patient and, in turn, for the physician.
The Clinic Information System provides physicians with the ability to view and identify trends in the ongoing history of specific patient profile items such as lab tests, vital signs, drug dosages and diagnoses. Physicians are able to set normal values and alerts so the system will show at a glance any items that the physician and patient should be concerned about.
